The screenies looks awesome. Surely a game that I would have to have a look at. But how does it compare to other racing games popping onto Steam; like RaceRoom Racing Experience which is fee-to-play?

i havent tried raceroom yet, but since its made by sim-bin im sure its still running the ancient gtr2 engine underneath. i've never driven a 458 italia yet and never will but im pretty sure the handling in assetto corsa are pretty close to accurate.

Is it just me or is it the compression to JPG, but there's an awful amount of jaggies in that garage shot, quite discerning.

I was really looking forward to this when I saw it come to Steam, but not long after that Project Cars took my attention. My opinion on Assetto was always meh compared to Project Cars, but given latest talk on the forums between the two I'm starting to think twice.

Well Assetto is more simulation focused. Project Cars on the other hand is a little like a Forza style racer.
I think both games will be amazing though, I'm really having a blast with Assetto, kept me busy most of the day actually lol.

Project cars also has way more content (Cars and tracks). Although Assetto is adding more cars and tracks soon...via dlc...
