The post office isnt updating properly at the moment. I was awaiting a plant sample from East London, and i finally got it 3 weeks late and mush....

Ironically the parcel was sitting at my post office for a week without me knowing.

Is the person you sent it to local or not?

They are in the UK. I would have thought it would leave the country from JHB, that's why I'm worried it is still at Durmail; maybe the tracking system isn't working.

Nope i suspect it has been sent on our systems are just not being updated. My parcel was stuck in the cape main hub for 2 weeks supposedly.+

Phoned today, the lady said it was sent to UK on the 7th; the website just hasn't been updated. So that's a relief.

My SS still hasn't marked mine as shipped yet though :eek: Oh well they have 3 more days. :D

Updates?

My parcel is STILL in transit to my giftee, stupid bloody post office, and my gift hasnt arrived yet however person did say they shipped it
 
My gift hasn't arrived as yet.

My giftee received her gift but she didn't put any pictures up. :( Wish I had taken pictures before hand.

I got her a whole lot of these things: http://www.littletraveller.org.za/

They are cute beaded little dolls and then I put them in a bag thing (also a little traveller branded one). I also drew her a cool picture of a geisha and a cherry blossom tree and wrote her a note. I then put that in a cool box with a giant peppermint crisp and wrapped it up.
 
Mine is supposed to be on its way to me, have no idea tho from where or when it was sent, mine was received early on since I just sent her a gift voucher for a spa session, my chickie didnt give enough info and also didnt respond in detail to my msgs.
