Sequestration order can sink Malema

EFF leader Julius Malema's ambitions to serve in Parliament will be dashed should a provisional sequestration order against him become final, his lawyer said on Monday.

"If it becomes final, it will affect him in Parliament. He will not be allowed to be an MP," Tumi Mokoena said.

"But it's not a final order yet."

He was just booted, you can't stop someone from entering politics without something concrete like a sequestration.
Even then would that stop him from entering politics? Surely not, they're just gonna take all his things for a looooong time.

I think the bigger question is how can someone under investigation for fraud even be allowed to start a politic party in the first place?

It's not only that, he would have someone managing his monthly salary deciding what he can and can't buy from pick n pay, can a guy like that with that little control on his own affairs work in government
