Hi I am currently in the process of custom building a pc and would like some advice on the computer.

This is the build that i am currently going for... Any advice or changes that I should make?
(Please note that this is an AMD built pc)

I am sure you can get this for cheaper, ask TheJoker, he can build you a Custom PC that will kicks the above's ass in price and performance.

I would change to Intel, but that's just my personal preference.

Stay away from the NZXT cases, Im an owner and if there is one thing i can complain about its the build quality of those cases.

I have 2 PC's at home with them and i am not having any problems.

@OP,those specs are from Evetech i think,if you live in Johannesburg or Pretoria then you can ask Joker to set you up with a PC.His prices are way better then Evetechs prices.

I made a mistake buying from Evetech.

I am sorry but I have gone ahead with the purchase...

The case was changed to a Corsair Vengeance C70 Military White and the motherboard was upgraded to a ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Professional.

Thanks for the help though and by the way the price is not of major concern to me as I am only paying a quarter of the price... :D:cool:
 
You overpaid for what you got.
They also gave you a old Bulldozer cpu at the price of a new Piledriver cpu.

For the same money this is what I would have given you.

in my whole life NEVER....And there is no screen and that's the price?Check my sig and I have 23" LG screen my gaming case was R1499 and I bought 6x extra Coolermaster 120mm case fans and my total came to R14,5k . Like I said in my life...
 
Also to mention - i have the Lycosa and it has a terrible bug - there's a switch that sometimes goes faulty while playing... and basically ends up replicating a key sticking. Worst thing ever when you're playing a FPS and your A key "sticks" so you can't stop strafing.

Only fix is to unplug USB and replug it - which normally crashes Win 8.

Bottom line - I hate razer.
