Should you be able to re-sell Steam games?

I don't really mind not being able to resell my games. If it is a good game, chances are I'll be coming back to it someday anyway. What would be nice is if I could "return / resell / trade" some of the games I purchased, only spent an hour on it and decided that I didn't like it.
 
If you really want the option to resell your game, why not just make a new Steam account for that game, then sell the login/password to somebody when you're done playing?
 
Ah... so that's the kind of thing they put in that great big block of text I always have to "agree" to before I get to play my game? :D
 
meh - Steam/Valve is treating people fairly imo. No need to draw them into the whole resell debate...its a black hole anyway.
