Shout out to Activision

So we don't often have positive things to say about Activision but I have to give them points for sorting out a fairly big issue. I bought COD points for black ops 3, the money was taken off my steam account but I never received the points. After creating a ticket with steam (took them 8 days to reply...) Activision contacted me within 24 hours after Valve reached out to them. They were quick and courteous, no hassles at all.

So a rare shout out to them.

Quick update

So I had my keys added to my account and Steam refunded me the full amount as compensation.

Really happy with the way it turned out.

Neah it's legit. You're right though, we need to post more positive things. We generally only post negative stuff about publishers/developers ect but there are some bright lights, people just never bother talking about it.
