Soooo any silent hill fans in S.A? are you guys as excited as i am for the Sh2 and 3 HD remakes? i cant wait to return to those terrifying games and it will be interesting to see how the new voice overs do.

I must admit though that I haven't done anything in the group in a while. I love Silent Hill and can't wait for the HD remake.
There's a thread about the remake somewhere in the console category here in the forum but more Silent Hill threads can't hurt.
Did you see that the remakes will use the original actors for the voices? Absolutely awesome! Can't wait!

yeah, i dont know if i will even choose the new voices since the originals are so good ive played through the first 4 Sh's so many times but im still super excited for this! I hope the new HD textures really make a difference.

Whoo! Can't wait for this - I think Silent Hill is one of the only games that I went ahead and read up about to gain a broader understanding of the universe and mythology behind it. I absolutely love the series.
The HD Remakes are going to be awesome, Silent Hill 2 in HD? Yes, please. With regards tot he original voices - they're only available for Silent Hill 2 HD; Silent Hill 3 HD will only have new voices, which is a pity. That's the latest I've read, anyway. I can't wait to play the Maria campaign from Silent Hill 2 - because I missed that in the original PS2 release.
I'm still hesitant about Downpour - I'm kinda unsure about any company besides Team Silent working on the series - but I'll get it anyway

you will love the maria campaign! it's a bit short but very creepy and quite different to the main game.
not too bothered about SH3's voices, i diddnt enjoy 3 that much for some reason.
ja im a bit worried about downpour but at least it's not being developed by the same team as Homecoming. so they might suprise us.
