Skype "shortcut"

Hi,

I'm logged into Skype, but on the forums it shows I'm offline. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes mine does it as well, but i harldy use my skype these days....

I knew Wenzdayz would come to my rescue!

I see yours does the same. Wonder why... Mmm.... The reason most probably it's not communicating with the browser.

Or better suggestion would be that it uses some active x or other method and that is blocked. So it is in fact the browser that is not communicating with Skype!

You actually have to switch it on...

Skype - Options - Privacy - Privacy Settings - Advanced Settings - Allow my online status to be shown on the web.

Still not working.... Only myself is online and duh... I dont wanna Skype myself... I mean I have a mirror for that!

Procedure I followed:
1. Changed settings as you suggested
2. logged out of mygaming
3. logged back in
4. logged out of skype
5. logged back in
6. gave it some time and it all came right
