Skyrim PC patch 1.4 notes

I accidentally updated to 1.4 and I must say the frame rates are a lot better in Markath. There is a suspicion that Bethesda included data from the Skyboost Mod into the patch without the modder knowing. Or they just copied stuff from Skyboost and TESVAL. Either way we'll never know, but I doubt Bethesda would have solved their performance problems by themselves.
 
My framerate more than doubled across the board when I updated to the 1.4 beta last week.
