Skyrim Thread

For me its only decent - good. Story and characters is still very bland to me. I suppose if you love bethesda games and open world exploring then it satisfy that but for story players its a let down imho.

Edit: Impressive to see these mods appear so soon after release. Really looking forward to what they can bring out the next few weeks. :D

Yep Bethesda is less about telling an epic story and more about letting the players forge their own story. While I love Epic narratives, I am just as fond of forging my own path.
 
i REALLY dont like blood dragons... :/ and iv got an ENDLESS list of quests... plus I FOUND THE DARK BROTHERHOOD!! :D :D and the thieves guild.. :) have u guys noticed the third person view..? itz sooo much cooler in this one.. i love it

My new mission for today is to get married. I didn't even know you could get married 'till a friend told me today. My long term goal is to marry every NPC you can (one at a time) and kill them all.

Got married (to Aela the Huntress). For a honeymoon I have decided to take her Ice Wraith hunting with me. Will keep this one alive for a while since she's pretty decent in the kitchen. :p

Sounds reasonable. A good sammich goes a long way. Especially in these tough times, with... you know... dragons and all.

Amount of times I've seen Skyrim from a thousand feet thnx to a Giants Club...

I'm on my way to Riften to murder someone. Also decided to specialise in light armour, much better for being sneaky.

Launched a bear over a river with unrelenting force... That was awesome.

Yay finally got it working. Now I can start playing it sometime, just gotta wait for some time to play it :)
 
Force Pushing 3 Enemies off the top of a tower... Priceless.
Finding their Bodies Afterwards to loot them.... A Different Story.

Don't use that much anymore.. Use frost voice.. And ur about to kill that horrible orphan caretaker lady... She's such a bad person... Remember to find the shout in the dark brotherhood sanctuary when u eventually get there...:)
 
I use Unrelenting Force for almost every encounter. It remains my favorite shout. There's nothing quite like shouting a pesky archer off of a fort wall. :P

I wish it was that effective on the mammoths!! Still can't touch them with my Nord, they flatten me like a pancake :P

How many types of dragons have you guys found? I've come accross 4 so far, only killed the ice ones though:(

Found one of the fire ones too, but he fried me before I could kill him.

I just got there last night after getting distracted several times by explorable dungeons on my way there. I'm so thoroughly enthralled by this game. :)

So far I've found standard dragons, Blood Dragons and Frost Dragons. And Alduin, of course. What level are you?
