Got My smithing up to 100, Got a full Dragonbone armor set enhanced to "Legendary", giving me an armor rating just shy of 400 :D :D

I tried it yesterday, but it's not as good as legendary Daedric Armour. I don't understand the reasoning behind this. For one Dragon Armour is the highest tier in the blacksmithing trait. It's also much harder to get the materials for Daedric Armor than the overly abundant Dragon bones and Dragon scales.

I reckon the two should swap places in the skill tree.

Nice one mappy! I'm enjoying my dragonscale armor, but I'm thinking of making a set of dragonbone armor for my companion seeing as i have so much of the stuff lying in my inventory.

I got to lvl 36 last night and only just started with the Thieves Guild quests. I waited very long before venturing into Riften. I'm running into a problem now where I have too much junk and not enough vendors who can buy it off me. They're all so damn poor. :/

I got my Blacksmithing up to 74 this weekend. I could've gone for 100 but I'm too easily distracted. I would start with a quest now, then head to another area then another quest would pop up and then follow that then another and another. I have so many quests stacked up in my Journal I don't even know where to begin :/

On a side note, I know you're "Dragonborn" and all, but I would've thought Dragon battles would've been harder. I've killed about 5 Dragons so far and they were quite easy to beat. But then again I am playing on Adept...

Another thing I like is how the map zooms in as you go higher up.

Got a level 26 dark elf with the arch mage gear on and mainly in the healing/des/conjur works nice for me.

If I do another playthrough, it'll be as a mage. I was keen on a nord brute in heavy armor, but the mage spells etc. just look amazing.

i have a question regarding the Blade of Woe. if you don't know what this is, the below will contain spoilers so please avoid!

okay, so i know that the Blade of Woe is given to you by Astrid as a reward for completing the Dark Brotherhood quests. but i have also read that you can pickpocket her before the end of the quests and you will get one. but i have checked and she does not have this blade on her!

have entered Dark Brotherhood and been given first assassination missions by Nazir. i went to Astrid and checked her pockets, but they are totally empty :-( anybody else manage to get 2 x Blade of Woe ?

I just passed 103 hours of Skyrim playing time this weekend and just at level 45.

So much to do...

PS. The main quest line is extremely short. I just got the point where I can go and kill Alduin and then decided to FUCK THAT SHIT and reload to a previous point.

Not finishing the game now, I want dragons to fight!

I will unlock Daedric and give it a try, thanks man :D

wait a minute. surely the game does not END after you finish the last MAIN QUEST?? i assume it remains open world so you ca continue with the rest of yr side quest ?

It doesn't end. You still get dragons to fight and a couple new shouts/powers/abilities that make it totally worthwhile :)

Remember Fallout 3... wasn't until broken steel came out that you could continue past main quest conclusion.

I'm one of those gamers that do every little hidden side quest that I can possibly find before continuing/finishing the main quest line.
