SLI Gigabyte GTX 460 1gb OC

I have just heard that my other Gigabyte GTX 460 1gb OC has arrived But i am still in Cape Town and will only get my card on the 7th Of October when i am back in Pretoria. It sucks. By the way does anyone know where i could get a SLI bridge? I did not get one from my supplier when i got my mobo. They forgot to give it to me. They are looking for one for me. Will a crossfire bridge work?
 
no it won't crossfire and sli connections look different

and also differ in size

Hey man. I am also considering going SLI. Surely you can't expect your 600watt PSU to handle 2 of these cards?
I have a 650watt and will be upgrading to at least 750watt when I go the SLI route.
 
If you have a look at the specs of the CM silent Pro 600w the max power output is 720w. Spoken to the guys at Computersonly and they have told me that that would be fine for 2x GTX460. I will test it and see what happens. Not much headroom but i will see what happens.
 
I just installed my new GTX460 in my machine. I cant wait to get home and test the kak out of that thing. Gonna fix my sig now. Now i can joint the SLI club. haha. I just bought a sli bridge i did not wanna bother fighting. Cant wait. Can anyone say welcome to the Green Team?
