The standard cooler on that CPU will cool it sufficiently for normal use (not hardcore overclocking).

I know that for some people however this cooler is noisy, like the stock amd one. My brother has his stocker cooler and putting your ear within 5 cm you can barely hear it on idle.
 
The standard cooler should work fine, it's what i'm using at the moment with the MSI OC genie.
