The Guy is legit , and "street cred" in this game is what its all about , to be rememberd as the guy that hacked the PS3 is bragging rights for a lifetime ,and no one is going to lie about that.

But anyway even if it is done and if anyone thinks the objective is to play "cough" back up games then you are very mistaken .. Ps3 Games arnt DVD games nor are they DVD capacity good luck trying to get a "cough" back up from online whats the usual size about 45 gigs per disc .

I think the aim is to create homebrew like for the PSP apps and utilitys

I am with you on that, i had a chipped PS2 but never played a single copy games or uhm Back up as you guys would say... Why kill the market for games by playing copies... Developers go broke... Think a bit.. If you want to use a copy use it to see if the game good enough to play and buy the damn orignal.
 
And either way not hacked either one of my PS3s i dont see the point, this hack would have been more useful when the PS3 came out... Not now.

There is always some one that will come up and say he done this and that. Even though there soon will be a person that will i do not think it can be done now. And the IT guy and the girl, well that is just a complete joke.

I am really amazed what bull people come up with these days. For me even if that is a line to turn the girl on, i really highly doubt that will, i mean its like going up to a girl and saying i am a pc geek. *girl laughs and walks away!

Better going up and saying, i do not know if i am gay but most girls do not satisfy me, maybe you different?
(add that was a second thinking of a message as a eg lol, so do not think bad)
