So the PS3 has been modded?

Well Sony are fantastic at "bricking" consoles of even legal consumers simply updating their firmware. I'm terrified to think what they're capable of doing to pirates lol
 
All that will happen is you will A: brick ur console (good u deserve it) or B: land up copying every single PS3 game ever made and only playing a handful, I know so many ppl with 360's u have done that, 1000 games, play like 5 and the money spent on blanks u might as well have bought the 5 games original anyway...silly

You dump the games on the HD and run them from there, so they went one extra and got around the need to have a blu-ray burner.

Sorry for the site problems, but that what happens when you have a real ps3 breakthough that works, not some stupid "fake" thing like geohot, etc.
