LOLLIES, I'm supposed to be printing drawings, But a 8 meg drawing locks up the system :(

It was fun, a bit short - wanted to play more. You must keep in mind I never played Duke before.

It looked good, was 640x480 only but still. There were Aim Assists lol and other assists can be switched off in the checkbox.

What the cracker? Why? Did you play it on an old PC or something? And yes dude, I guess you got to have played the original Duke to understand the nostalgia :D

Its the only resolution setting in the demo all the other settings are at full.
 
I never even noticed it was 640x480... if that's the case, then when the full versions gonna come out, its gonna rock!
 
I understand the reasoning behind giving the demo only to those who are confirmed buyers of the game. Surely it would be more relevant to those who are still undecided and would like to try it out first?

Those who didnt pre-order get the rights to view the Demo on Youtube then decide for themselves... ask certain people here ;)
 
I'm severely disappointed by the demo. The fact that you can only carry 2 weapons at a time is so un-Duke like, and except for the fight against the cycloid there were no memorable moments at all. It's also feels way too linear. This does not feel like Duke Nukem. I have decided not to buy it anymore.

By the way the game ran fine in 1920x1200. It's just the cut scenes / video clips that were low-res for me.
