Even if some are better than others, almost every game has one, that final sequence that aims to test all of the skills you've picked up throughout the game.

MGS2 boss was pretty bad ass when fought as raiden, using the analogue sticks to use the sword was pretty bad ass

Maybe it's because of nostalgia or something, but whatever the reason, I really liked the end boss in Fable: The Lost Chapters, to me it is just that nice balance of difficulty, and the satisfaction of beating him felt like a really nice end to the game.
