Sony is "just entering into this great period for PS3"

I've seen blank pages with more information content. Sony's position on the PS4 is "No comment". End of article.

I am beginning to think Sony started the rumors to get the hype up, so they not left behind then denies everything else... But 6 months is long enough to see if they change their minds, on their stance currently.

Would like to see how this all turns out at E3. I do believe that the PS3 will have a long lifespan similar to that of the PS2, but I would like to see a few more months of HUGE games being pushed out before the next Playstation arrives.

I think you will have your huge games, cause PS3 even if they do show specs for a new console it take about a year to hit shelves so you would have atleast 12 months of spectacular games... :)

Let's hope so. I love the device and I reckon that I will wait a while before purchasing the PS4 after its launch. But that gives me some time to klap the games on PS3 that I haven't played yet.

I myself rushed for the PS3 on its SA release to be hit by limited game availabity, cause i was bored of my PS2. Atleast i still could play PS2 games back then i bought the 60GB model, which i still have (not so much in use). But should PS4 launch, i would wait a year before getting it, i know there are still tons of PS3 games i havent played or gotten around to playing.

Oh yes. It definitely should be so, cause the end of the PS2 lifespan came all those great games if i recall same should happen with the PS3.

I know what you mean. I only bought the PS3 in April of last year (was playing Xbox and Wii in the meantime). By that time, the price was GREATLY reduced for the console and the games library was fleshed out nicely.

I never buy these things when they first come out. Wait for a decent selection of games and the price of the hardware to come down. There are more than enough games to keep me busy.
