Sony store protest turnout underwhelming

Well clicking a Facebook button instead of actually doing something is much more convenient.

I'm going to summarise my feelings about this entire event in a word:

*LOL*

I was expecting this to happen. It's one thing to get a bunch of activists doing something from behind a keyboard, but god forbid you actually ask them to go outside or anything. Some of them probably have agoraphobia (I think that's the right one :s). Anonymity only works when no-one sees you.

Going to a store and protesting is pretty non-anonymous for supposed anons. Most were probably afraid of the sunlight or their parents were unwilling to give them a lift.

I laughed when i read that, granted that if you follow the standard stereo type for americans, we could have deduced this, "As Americans are Lazy". Unless its easy money then they all there...

Anonymous should rather target Sega after they threatened the Streets of Rage remake developers with legal action... after giving them permission to make the game.

Plus it took years to make.

That's a much better cause than going after Sony.

I wonder if any of the protesters who actually went to the stores upon finding no other protesters proceeded to walk around the store and landed up buying something
