South Africa will be one of the first countries to get Samsung's new smartphones

I believe the phones running tizen need very entry level hardware and as India is also on the list I think the real reason is because the value of the R and the education levels of the general population makes this the perfect market for an entry level device running a "new" (my Gear 2 ran Tizen) os.
