South African game development - will it ever be big?

i wouldnt mind testing ur stuffs out either :D.........

Yep I've got some experience. I enjoy playing betas though. It's fun playing someone's pride and joy before it goes into the world. Plus I'm good at finding bugs too. :)
 
There's a lack of community support for South African game developers.

Take Runestorm as an example, they the creators of probably the best mod in UT2004 ever created, Ballistic Weapons. Known for adding cool new features and some of the coolest and most innovative weapons ever seen turning UT2004 in a whole new game.

They are well known and respected in the international Unreal community, but here in
South Africa few even know they existed. Not once has anyone even offered to host a local server for them or anything...

There latest work is also unbelievable, don't think there's many people that can achieve this level of work.
