I spoke with them already some time ago regarding this, and they told me the following..

Hi William,
Thanks for reaching out to us about SMITE.

We self-publish SMITE for the US and Europe. But for other territories, including South Africa, the publishing and operations and server hosting selection will be done by our publishing partner Tencent Games.

They will be looking for SA publishing partner first; someone who can provide marketing/PR/store/customer-service as well as server hosting.

What is required to move conversations forward is a Business Development guy from reputable/successful Game Publisher in SA.

Then I could forward that person to the Tencent business dev contact for further conversations.

At Hi-Rez we don't control the sequence of territories beyond the US and EU. That is a Tencent responsibility to prioritize the different areas and find the best publisher to work with in each area.

So i guess if a ISP like Mweb or Web Africa is really interested they can get this done.
