K well 1st things 1st...
The rig in the OP is not well thought out at all...Using non reference cards in Tri Sli is a poor choice, those cards unfortunately blow heat into the case, so with 3 cards running at fill tilt the middle card will most likely throttle and run poorly or make the whole machine unstable.
Also opting for a 4960X is silly, there is almost no difference in performance between a 4930K and a 4960X...Just clever Intel marketing.
The motherboard they used for the build is also sub par..I've owned 3 of them and all 3 had to be rma'd at some stage of their lives...one is in for rma right now....funny enough. There are much better motherboards out there for the money.
Also 4x4TB? Really...What gamer needs 16TB worth of storage...
This is what I would opt for.

4930K clocked to 5Ghz will run circles around a 4.5Ghz 4960X.
Fully water cooled gpu's and cpu. Temps and Noise kept to a minimum while providing the best overclocking.
Oh and final total with water cooling included R92 000
That's including the shipping of the watercooling bits as well.
Oh and I used retail Pricing from Rebeltech for all the goodies. Watercooling was sourced from Performance PC.
