The thing is, while we may laugh at the terrible grammar and blatantly obvious attempts of spammers, it's actually a clever filtering system where anyone with a grain of sense will recognise it as spam and the only people who fall for it and contact the scammer are those who are too naive or ignorant to know any better.

I work in the email security industry, trust me when I say end users fall for email scams, some of them are very cleverly orchestrated in fact, obvious to me and more tech savvy people but none the less a good try. as far as normal buy some special pills spam I suppose that's a shotgun approach keep firing until you hit something.
