Speeding with no rear number plates

Three motorcyclists and five motorists were arrested for allegedly speeding on the N1-south highway near the Maraisburg off-ramp on Sunday, Johannesburg Metro police said.

The three motor cyclists had no rear registration number plates to avoid being captured by cameras, said Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar.

"However, their tricks did not work this time around because they were physically arrested by our high speed unit," said Minnaar.

tbh honest speeding motorcylists don't bother me all that much. If it goes wrong then they are the ones kissing the pavement at 200kmh, while if its a 2 ton range rover then it can easily kill a bunch of people.

saw 2 Motorcyclists travelling at, at least 200km when driving home from my Mrs today. I dunno why people have to be idiots
