Considering I have no TV (reception), and I refuse to pay for DSTV premium just to have access to the sports channels, to maybe watch the odd football match or MotoGP race. I cannot warrant the cost vs the use/satisfaction.

I am looking for an online streaming source which will show what sports channels usually show. Things like Rugby, Soccer (Premier League), Formula 1, MotoGP, etc. - i.e what SuperSport broadcasts

Those are the sports that I mostly care for. Has anyone found a streaming resources that I can make use of, be it by subscription service or not.
Alternatively, has anyone got DSTV premium package which allows web streaming via their site, and is willing to let me use their online account, I don't mind paying for it every month (for a fair rate of course).

I have also come across a lot of online streaming sites that advertise FREE HD STREAMING!!! but to me it looks smaller than 480p and when made full screen you can't even see the ball, nevermind people. Not to mention their really really shit streaming capabilities which doesn't seem to allow a transfer rate higher than 800kbps.
 
There was something on MyBB about getting ITV streaming on Plex or something. Few guys made use of it for WC. Otherwise, like some dapper chap did for me, borrow login details and watch from the SS site :)

Do you know someone with DStv premium & that have their PVR functionality active? You can use their smartcard number and register a dstv account online, then you can log in with it on SuperSport's website and stream it from there.

I've found a few free streaming sites, but all of them have lower quality. The SuperSport stream is the best I have found so far. I used to use my parents' details before I had Dstv.
