Eyeballing it I'd say 2 watt @ say 4000 rpm. Thats on the optimistic side though.

can the spinning fan create a strong enough current to push current into your mobo and possibly damage it?
Nope...just physical damage to the fan / bearing / balancing.

An Update those cans of compressed air "suck" the amount of precipitation even the slightest tilt causes does not feel safe to me, it basically just shoots out frozen water vapour at that point condensing on whatever. Time to get a blower, they should sell small ones for pc's sure that will make some cash...mmm

I got myself a pretty decent blower at our local hardware shop, doesnt' have to be a "small" one, just one that has speed settings :)
