Avoid OEM drives at all costs mate. They are generally slightly slower and the 6 Month warranty is such a sham considering a Samsung 840 Evo and Pro comes with 3 and 5 year warranties.

Think of it like this. You spend R1800 on the oem..8 months down the line it bombs out. Your R1800 out of pocket with no SSD.
Your better off spending the extra for the excellent warranty and after sales service.

Yip... Thats the beauty of the SSD... I use programs that usually take about 2 mins to open... Its less than half that with the SSD...
