You hope. Ive only seen clear sky in the shops once since i bought it. I have it installed a was imediatly wowed but the visual. Will post screenshots later on. Can somebody with XP and directx 9 post screenies also so i can see the diff between Dx 9 and Dx 11

Its more a Visual overhaul than a completely remade game, as the physical gameplay changes are dwarfed by mods like Oblivion Lost.
