Purists however, will be disappointed to learn that the Blu-ray versions of the original Star Wars trilogy will feature the Special Edition versions. Apparently, the poor quality of the original release would have compromised the Blu-ray versions.
Woot! greet way to start my legit collection!
too trueAnd just as you start they come out with a new format like Redray or orrangeray or HDray or something like that.
Would not mind getting this.
I'll get this but I'm worried about something. After they released Episodes 1 - 3 they remastered the old movies and put in all sorts of lame things like Hayden Christensen at the end of Return of the Jedi rather than the real, old actor who played Darth Vadar. I want none of these new included scenes that they put in recently. I want good, old, traditional Star Wars in a shiny cover.
I only enjoyed the original trilogy. When George did not have to much control and when he did it went downhill. I liked the nitty gritty feel of the original trilogy. I men ep 1-3 was just too clean.

Well considering is was George's story to tell maybe people should stop critisizing and appreciate the story being told the way the man who created it wanted to tell it.
When was the last time you created something loved by generation of geeks?
