When I saw this, I couldn't help but think what an amazing game this is going to be... It has loads of promise!

Check it out... there are 4 trailers, they auto-play one after another. I posted the seperate links below too, just in case. :)

They cover the Bounty Hunter, Smuggler and Sith Lord.

ORSM!

I've been pulling the trailers and spoilers as they emerge - including dev talks etc. I really cannot wait for this game.

Could someone please tell me why everyone is so hyped about it? I'm confused.

Is it going to be a sandbox game with rich crafting and a huge world to explore and immerse oneself in, or will it be linear? It doesn't appear to by anything groundbreaking at first glance. It seems very "OMG STAR WARZ!!!!111" and that's about it =S

Hopefully I'm missing something as I'd love to try it otherwise. Whilst WoW may be very linear, it fills that void leaving little space for yet more such games in my life.

Mah cap :( Haha.

Nah in all honesty they just take so long to load on this line that has been an epic fail lately.

But I'll let them run while I'm watching TV or something.

WoW has no storyline. There isnt a single quest in wow that you're forced to do. In fact you don't even have to do ANY quests to get to lvl 80 or get gear.

SW:TOR is very char-storyline oriented where your choices you make while leveling directly impacts your character and is irreversible.

I'd prefer an MMO with a strong single player side to it. Plus I think you really need to be a fan of the knights of the old republic era (set 4000 years pre-galactic empire era) which just has so much more depth in it. Playing kotor 1 and 2 was probably my most favourite RPG experience to date.

lolz, good times :D Although most epic Star Wars game is still X-Wing Alliance to me

Pffff -.-'

I still maintain Traya needed nookie.

And the only Star Wars-based games I've ever fallen in love with has been KotOR. They were just done beautifully.

Duuuuude! You _REALLY_ need to play Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. It's the best lightsaber fighting game you'll find. I wish more games had the same fighting freedom as that game. If MMO's had that kind of fighting it would be surreal.

At some places you fight against 3 sith at one time. Fights can last over a minute or be done in 3 seconds if you hit the right gap.

You can dual wield sabers, master a single saber or use a saber staff as well. customize your hilt design as well as crystal colour. It really was an amazing game for its time...

Who? Me? o.o'

I played it ages ago. Didn't appeal to me. Voice acting bored me to tears and... no thanks. I need more story and less strategic platformer-esque jumping.

I just loved KotOR's mechanics, and story and.... I WANT MOAR!!!

I was evil in all the games :p

I... I confess, I'm a failure at being evil... I try and I try and I try, and I just... can't... help... doing *twitch* good things :(

I tend to "project" my choices into RPGs, and act as I would were it "me" in the game. I actually find it pretty difficult to break free of that mindset.

A while ago I tried being evil in Fable. Fun though it was at first, it felt so monotonous after a while...

fable2 had too much to life up to like usual...
Bein Evil is fun ;D Let's hope I can be a bounty hunter in this one :D
