Star Wars: The Old Republic

I am yes! ;-) Shrike was taken already when I made my account.

I registered Lycanthrope back in 2008. I completely forgot about it and then proceeded to register one of my alts (WulfenMortys) to which I linked my pre-order code and EA account...

Epic face-palm moment that I'm hoping BioWare/EA can resolve with a simple display name alteration. Although each time you send in a ticket, it goes to a new person, of course meaning that you lose contact with the helpful individual who was willing to make it happen.

Oh well, maybe at some point I'll get it done :p

Nothing here yet, then again I put mine in a month later and I got no client yet, so its all cool... or so I tell myself.

No they can't. I have a similiar issue and asked EA to just merge my two accounts. They refused, tried twice.

Btw. Also got my early access email. Going to test it out now.

Grats!!!!!!

Thank you :D

I don't want them to merge my accounts, I want them to simply change the display name. Which, when they seem to understand the simplicity of what my request is, they're willing to do. But then, of course, you get through to someone who DOESN'T understand and everything repeats itself.

I'll remain optimistic... for now :p

It's not a BIG deal but it screws with my OCD :(

I have a question. If you get your email can you then setup the subs? I have my preorder info loaded (don't have the email yet....damn you bitches that got their emails) but cannot setup a subscription...

Just want to make sure I am not doing something stupid...

If you check your account section, you will see a place to put in your retail code now that the pre-order is here. This is where you will upgrade to full and your free month will start. I am sure more for payment will be added into this section once the 20th hits.

I thought the retail code was the preorder code which I added early in August. Not sure if there is any other codes...

Maybe I need to be more clear here:

So back in August I bought my pre-order. I was mailed a key and I added it to my SWTOR account.
So when I logged into my account today, I can see that my pre order codes are there, but the "Redeem a Product Code" is greyed out out. I dont have another product key to add other that the original pre order. This means I cannot setup a subscription as it still needs a Product Registration Code. I have tried to input the code again but it tells me that the code has already been used...What am I doing wrong here?

Maybe I just need to read....hehehehe.
This is from the official site :)

If you are a pre-order customer, the following steps are NOT required for Early Game Access. However, in order to play Star Warsâ„¢: The Old Republicâ„¢ at the official launch of the game on December 20, 2011, 12:01AM EST (Pacific: December 19th, 9:01PM; European: December 20th, 05:01AM GMT, 06:01 CET), you must first answer a series of security questions and provide your contact information. Then you must redeem a Product Registration Code that came with the game, and either subscribe to the game or redeem a Game Time Code. Follow the steps outlined below!

You should see the first two steps complete: security questions and contact info, the next one is where you use your product code. This is where you will enter your product code once you have it, this is for the actual game NOT your pre-order code. The retailer you bought the game from will send this to you, either it will be in the box if you bought a boxed version or they will email you the code before or on the 20th (hopefully).

Played up to the jedi temple with my jedi knight. So far performance is as was was in the beta.

Creating and joining the guild was very easy. Just say yes to the prompt you get at the start.

How big was the patching before you could play your early access ?

How much does it cost to make a guild again? I only have like bloody 200 credits so far. Level 5 I think.

Not joining us in Republic Knights Gimaru?

Costs 5k credits + have to be on coruscant (level 10 or so) +have to have 5 members to make it.
