So my interest in star wars has come again. Found some stunning wallpapers. I wish they would make a classic rts with the star wars universe. They have such a rich lore to play with. If any one is interested in geeking out here is http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page has all of the lore and what not.:D
 
I also want a lightsaber ... a blue one like obi-wan :D And I also want a R2D2, he's so cute ^^

I pulled season 1 and 2 of The clone wars animated series.

For the most part it's pretty awesome, but Asoka that irritating Twi`lek padawan just ruins the show. I don't know what they were thinking putting her in, but her demeanour is everything that a jedi isn't.

I also enjoyed it. But nothing ever in the everness of the never-ever-never will beat the the very 1st movie.
 
The first clone-wars cartoon that came out (2 part movie) where they introduced Ventriss for the first time was still the best clone-wars edition imho.

The phantom menace could've been an INCREDIBLY good movie if they left out Jar Jar Blinks. Darth Maul definitely stood up to the awesomeness of Sith lethality. Plus the introduction of the sabre-staff was just amazing. Qui Gonn Jinn is still one of my most favourite Jedi. :(
 
I prefer the old republic. Love the lore in that time line. The sith were so bad ass then. Any one ever play dark forces 2? One of the best star wars fps I ever played,kyle katarn is a legend.

damn straight!

Like I said in a previous post ... the best possible SW game ever would be KotoR 1/2 world with Jedi Outcast: Jedi Academy fighting styles.

I downloaded the OST for Kotor 1 & 2 the other day ... some awesome symphonic songs in there... Most memorably the starter screen for KOTOR2.

Yes I loved those games but dark forces 2 had an awesome story fmv cut scenes and the jedi fighting was awesome back in 1997.
