Starcraft 2 broken

I can log into starcraft 2, but single player is disabled, as well as all the buttons that would let me join a game. This happened after patching.. I have restarted my pc. wtf?
Has this happened to anyone else?

Seems to be quite a common problem, and blizzard is not responding

I had it, but all I had to do was restart the game and it work 100%
