Starcraft 2

I'm not sure if anybody else noticed, but did you guys see that only 1 person voted for Starcraft II as 2011's game of the year? I found that to be quite shocking, compared to the 270 odd that voted for the buggy Skyrim.

there simple reason for that it came out in July 27, 2010 not in 2011

Why would it be on the polls if they meant NEW games of 2011 for game of the year?

As far as I can remember, Starcraft/Broodwar won game of the year 3 or 4 times in a row for being GAME of the year. Not NEW game of the year.

can a 2010 VW polo win the 2011 car of the year award?
 
What a great game. It's just not really a casual game. You have to play SC2 24/7 to be competitive. Still one my favorite games though.
