Starcraft 2 Pickup line!
Hi my name is Roomys and my APM in game is 390, just imagine what those kinda of movements could do for you.

My brother bought WOL and HOTS and sat down eagerly waiting to play the game. Little did he know he had to have an up to date version of WOL before being able to install HOTS.
I do feel sorry for him as the download size for the updates on a 1meg capped line is terrible. I think its now at about 25% with the 8 or so gig update

Yeah the updates from the beggining are huge hey, but this is medium in which most of Blizzards games come. It has its upside though, that same game client can be copied and played on another ( Windows,mac etc ) PC without having to install. If you ask the guys here in this forum perhaps someone can assist and copy the client across for him onto a HDD?

Its great that he is starting to play, tell him to come join us here on the SC2 Forums!

Where are you located?

The SC2 folder can be copied from one pc to the next. So, if you're here in PTA, zloc and I can help him out.
 
Ok, I have it, haven't played it in about 3 months, he has started the updates as I said but how does he take updates from my pc and put those on to his?

You: Copy the Starcraft 2 folder from whatever directory you have it in onto an external HDD
He: Copies from the external HDD to a folder he has on his machine and runs the launcher, the launcher will then update his files accordingly, wether he has WOL or HOTS
