I have never really watched Stargate at all,but would like to.

Has any one been watching Stargate universe at all and if so is it good?:confused:
 
It's not nearly as good as SG-1 or Atlantis. Also you won't catch half of the references if you don't have the aforementioned background.

I'd definitely advise you to watch the original movie "Stargate" first then watch SG-1 ... there are 10 seasons, but the first 6 - 8 are the most important - technology wise etc.

It's an absolutely amazing franchise though.

Thanks voicy:D Going to catch them then. Should I also catch Atlantis. I think I have seen stargate the movie back in the day.
 
I got all 10 of the releaced (in SA) episodes of SG:U and watched them, it's good, I enjoyed it, but it's made for the "Lost" market, not the hardcore SG1 and/or atlantis fans.

Eps 200 FTW. :D
 
I kinda Like it but this is only cause I have only seen 1 season of SG 1 and nothing else ...but yeah apart from the whole stargate part the story is interesting
Enough to warrant a DL + there isnt much on On Friday just smallville and SG U so Why not

I think the very most critical seasons of SG1 are 1 (obviously), 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10 everything elce in between can easily be picked up in those.
 
I can get the others but the first one is hard to find on the net.
