If it is Visa or Mastercard, you should be able to. Try and see. Cheque cards are usually one of these and they work internationally. Before FNB changed their eBucks earning rules, I channeled all my purchases through my cheque card.

If it is a Maestro or Visa Electron card however, highly doubt that it will work.

First time I've ever seen someone be happy getting less money :p
 
I have as usual just added $5 to my steam account for the past few months so I have $20 to spend when the real sales starts
