Looks a lot like Breach & Clear, Monaco, Frozen Synapse and Arma Tactics or even Xcom for that matter.
Of those mentioned I find Breach and clear to be the best all round and Frozen to be the most difficult.

do it. thee are some awesome items but the thing with JC2 is they don't just hand it to you, you still have to buy them from the blackmarket in order to use them so it doesn;t kill the gameplay

you cannot understand the satisfaction of planning your operative's movements and actions upfront, and then you hit PLAY and the entire elvel is cleared in one clean, exquisitely joyful move! Its like poetry in motion
Doorkickers just looks more "charming" and "better built" than BREACH & CLEAR. hard to explain, but for example, the flavour text of each of the weapon/equipment upgrades has clearly had thought put into it.
