My son was at his grandma yesterday and when he came back, he had this. I remember my brother and I also playing with it when I was younger. Remember vivdly how great it looked. Just made me realise just again, how far we have come, were you now have moving "stereo-rama's"

My ultimate geek wetdream would be to have a Sta Trek like holodeck...

So, do this count as VR? You youngens with your expensive VR tech, needing a server for a PC.

Man I wish I still had one of these. I really enjoyed time with mine, and my son has (or had) a similar one and he too loves playing with it, just wish it had more than one "slide".

I had a Viewmaster (red one) when I was a kid. I see you can still get cheap knock-offs at Checkers and Pick'n Pay.
I also see that on eBay you can get slides of women that are half-naked (and probably dead/grandmas by now) for about R50 bucks.
