Still on Power Supplies, Need Feedback

A friend saw a Cooler Master Extreme 700W power supply in a shop window, 52amps on the 12V rail.
didn't get the model number :(
For R800.

Can this be true, as most other similar power supplies are R1000 plus.
I assume its older stock.

Anyone have any info on the Cooler Master power supplies? Are they worth it?

Modular or not? If non modular that's around about the right price.
Yeah there is nothing wrong with CoolerMAster PSU's. I know quite a few people running them and none are complaining.
