Strange eats

O while at work we talked about weird thing we have eaten and the one person said he has tried dog while he was in zimbabwe.

Myself have not gone that weird. Peraphs it was the coffee amarula ivecream I once made.

So tell me what do you think you have eaten that would probable be seen as weird.

Do Mopane Worms count as strange? They taste like cardboard though.

I tried bread and ice cream once, worst thing was strawberry nesquik and coffee, tastes like a chemical burn...

Steak tartare
Carpaccio

Really didn't enjoy the steak tartare, but well circumstances required that I finish it. Carpaccio...was drenched in something weird vinegary so was pretty vile purely from that perspective. Could see it being OK with something else.

I'll try near anything once.

Snails I actually enjoyed.

edit - snake and crocodile: Snake might as well have been chicken (maybe it was?) croc is like chewy combination of beef and chicken. Neither particularly interesting.
