Strange Graphics issue

Hey Guys, I noticed when I started playing Deus ex that the graphics looked odd, all the edges of objects go monochrome green blue red when I move my mouse and now I can see this on minecraft as well.

I removed and clean installed my GPU drivers old and new and same results. :(

Anyone have any ideas ?

Here is an example keep an eye on the blocks in the distance.

O wait it gets better, I just plugged my pc into a 32inch hd tv and it doesn't do it, I suppose none of you are seeing the issue since it fine on my laptop as well, so seems to be related to my screen somehow
 
Yeah, I couldn't see anything in that video. I've had similar experiences with memory related errors. Whether it be on the GPU RAM or CPU. BUt if it's not doing it with another screen, then it could very well be the screen. THe beauty of IT... troubleshooting 101.
 
Okay this is weird, turns out my screens fastest display setting was causing this , so weird I changed that about a month ago and I guess other games I was playing did not show this...
