Student forced to drink his own urine

I was bullied for not being a sports jock like everyone else at my school. I'm only 5'3 but I responded like a rabid Chihuahua, and apparently my taste in music/clothing and the fact that my friends and I were clubbing at 14 scared the poor jocks clean off. Was later told by a colleague (who attended the same high school) that they thought I was a Satanist. Who knew! Worked well as a jock repellent though. Size doesn't matter -- you gotta have "the stare". :p

I also wanted to say that I was actually considering a career in youth counselling or something to that affect. I can't stand bullying and it really saddens me to see bright young futures being cut short (by their own hands) because a bunch of spineless, go-with-the-flow morons ganged up on them and made them doubt their self worth to the point where they took their own lives ...

Bullying is an issue that is often swept under the rug. You can try to get help from teachers and figures of authority and so on, but I think they aren't really trained in any way to deal with it, and would rather just turn a blind eye. It's not their problem. In school there were just certain people you didn't mix with/places you didn't go. One of them is the school bathroom. A lot of bullying happens there. I always made sure to go before going to school. :)

I was bullied by this one guy in primary school then one day in the bathroom with no one around I went Super Saiyan like Goku and beat him to a pulp, he never bullied me again :D.

When my adrenaline pumps I get quite strong :p.

Well that is one way of doing it. There was some kid years ago who gave me a hard time. One day on the sports field he punched me in the chest and kicked me hard on my side, and so I just lashed out and punched him in the neck (I was actually going for his face, but swung blindly). He didn't bother me again either. The only thing is that this can backfire and you end up getting in trouble e.g. suspended or expelled. Luckily I didn't in this case, but everyone else sided with him, like he was the victim. Then that made me feel as though I had become just as bad as he was, really.

Ye thats why I did it in a place that there won't be any witnesses to confirm his story if he said something or side with him :p
 
Lol, it's become a bully confession page.

I've always been short and skinny for my age (lol even now) but i guess I just somehow managed to avoid bullying (most of the time at least). As a kid I was the only brown kid in an all afrikaans school in a small boere dorpie so it was a 50/50 between racism (that i honestly didn't notice at the time) and bullying, so yeah bullying sucks but I also think that an extremely hardline stance on it is too far. Boys should be boys as they say. This case is a bit too far obviously, making him strip and all but bullying is always going to happen. I think it's better to teach ways to deal with it (make big friends :D)

bullies rank up top of my list of things I hate, right next to vegetables, sarah jessica parker and the COO. I kept to myself mostly during my high school years mainly cause I hated the town and it's locals. so I managed to slip under the radar of the real bullying, and at 6 foot tall most didn't bother me actually. but there was this one prick I will never forget, called Coert Grobbelaar, who had a major "klein mannetjie" complex that went out of his way to annoy the shit out of me. it took a lot of self restraint to not high 5 him in the face with a chair.

and of course the "cool kids" thought I was a devil worshiper as well because I like black and didn't listen to The Backstreet Boys like they did

I'm sure you mean, "finished school whilst not being noticed by the bullies".

Though the same applies to me, school taught me to compartmentalise things and just not to open that particular box. Gr 6 to 7 was hell but by the time highschool came round I was so adept at just not giving a shit about it any more, most people trying to bully me never got the reaction they wanted.

However, not dealing with things then and there have got their own psychological problems blooming later in life.

To a degree I accept that teachers aren't really prepared to face this and have their hands tied when they do need to deal with it. But I cannot and will not accept that a school can just overlook things and hope no one notices. The kids are there under their care for the school day which is more than they spend at home in a particular week. If there is a problem and it keeps getting worse, something has to be done to address the issue.

If I had kids I would hope that they would receive some kind of assistance from the school, or at the very least have open communication with the teachers to know that nothing is being done about it.

I wont lie i was also bullied in primary school and the first few years of high school then as i got a bit older i stretched out a bit wasnt as round and used to beat up piesank(die groot leeu) just to confirm my stature :p but serioiusly to this day i cant stand bullying and i will always stop it no matter what :eek: i just realized i have become a super hero

Never :P, the worst I did was mess around with the jocks. Many people who didn't know me personally were afraid of me, partly because they knew I was russian. But the buddy circle knew I would never hurt somebody for no reason. Plus I was friends with a guy I gym with, and everybody knew he possessed the physical strength and skill to kill you. But the school was very strict about fighting and such, so we all just got along.

I dropped out of high school bec my home life was extremely unstable. I got shit from every direction known. I then went to college and I was actually very popular there.

Haven't been bullied at all now bec I look like a skinhead :p

We weren't all necessarily saying that we took the bullying, just that an attempt at bullying was made. With girls, it's a different kind of "bullying" (I find they go for the jugular more than boys do). And the bullying at our high school also involved educators (who coached/favoured the jocks, treating any students who weren't sporty like lesser beings). The nice thing about girls is that they're catty, yet seldom agree to fight when challenged. "Oderint dum metuant" was my credo throughout high school. Still is.

Osnap. I was listening to Black Sabbath, Carcass, Cannibal Corpse and Deicide while the general populus was listening to "[Insert Random Local Radio Chart-Topper Here]" Thankfully, the jocks weren't considered "cool" at our school. They were the ones getting bounced from clubs while we laughed from inside. For interest's sake, any other ex-Rift/Station peeps on MyG? :)
