SuperBru 2015

This weekend is turning out to be pretty good on SuperBru for me.

I had Wales by 3 (result: Wales by 3), Aus by 63 (result: Aus by 62) and Scotland by 22 (result: Scotland by 23).

That's amazing. I don't know how you thought Wales would win. My closest pick was South Africa which I had by 41 and they won by 40.
 
Yeah i think i might drop out of the Bru for the remainder :( fkn crap bru never saved my picks for this weekend so i did utter crap and are about 20 points behind so i'll never get anywhere now :(

i had this happen with one of my picks, but luckily when i went on to check my standings i saw it wasnt picked....
 
Whew, I'm still declining people. People if you want to join the pools then you have to do so before they start.

I had one guy that wanted to join that would have gone straight to the top of the pool in F1 which is unfair to the people who played from the beginning.

Hehe. Same here. No idea why Wales were so underrated for this match either - in the last 11 matches vs England, they've won 6. And the pressure got to England as I knew it would.

And now we have a situation on our hands where the host nation might succumb to the pool of death and get knocked out in the pool stage. I can't wait to see what the English press will have to say if that happens.
 
I tried my hand at the golf and I'm #1 after the first round.

I made an outside pick in the Ireland game in the hopes of an upset and of reviving my Superbru but alas France lost. So my tournament is over.
 
Thanks to everyone that played in the Currie Cup Superbru. The winner was quite obvious from the start. Both in the tournament and in Superbru.

Surprised I finished so high up considering I picked Argentina to beat Australia in the SF.
