Had a call from Virgin Mobile. Told me they had a free phone for me. So of course I was interested. Listened to the warra-warra. Asked if the call was recorded, which it was.
So asked how I could collect my 'free' phone. I did not want their offer just the phone. She said the phone was 'free' with the contract. I insisted on my 'free' phone and referred her to the recorded conversation.
The short and sweet is that she was clueless as to how to get out of it... and Virgin Mobile never gave me my phone. I got the pleasure of making her sqerm for 20 minutes while I demanded my 'free' phone.
