They will shit bricks though, I've been more than patient with them but now I've had enough.

I'm interested in what happens, they've been quite useless with my issues as well.

It is better but if you have a line fault, you still have to get Telkom to fix it

Also they give priority to their Telkom ISP customers so your fault takes longer to get fixed

But you don't sit with the hassle of holding on for an incompetent person on the other line, and tbh i have had an issue with telkom before that took 3 weeks to sort out same issue with Afri Host took 3 days just saying

How long did you have your line with Telkom before changing?

A year or so, i even got hold of the Area technician manager and after i told him my issue it was sorted in about 2 days i think if i didn't get hold of him i would have prolly struggled longer
