Telkom ISP issue, anyone else having same experience?

On TI uncapped 2mb, CS:GO ping is bearable at 100ms but not nearly where it should. Back in the day (CS 1.5), managed to get 105ms with my 56k! (House was right near the exchange "whistling:)
 
So another day and latency gets worse and worse so contacted TelkomSA on twitter and seems they getting it fixed and wants a tracert to saix.net sent to him.
 
So apparently the issues were fixed last night. I have not had a chance to test yet, perhaps you guys having issues as well can check it out, I know a buddy of mine who had the same issues are saying his issues has been fixed.

Just logging into WoW takes long so I don't think it has changed at all.
 
Had the problem for a couple of hours only yesterday; however it appears to be back to the way it should be now.
 
I've been trying to sort this **** since the beginning of January.. Finally after endless fault reports and technicians I can share the details with you guys. For everyone who's line is still inconsistent and slow:

If you've been upgraded from 1 to 2mbps OR from 2 to 4mbps or from 4 to 10mbps it does not matter. In my case Telkom upgraded me from 2 - 4mbps. I found out that 2mbps telkom exchange is closer to my location however, the 4Mbps exchange is too far away and causes the intermittent service as everyone is experiencing.

Telkom advices me to either upgrade to a 10Mbps line or to downgrade again to 2Mbps. (That is their solution!)
Of course it's just worsened if you're also using Telkom as an ISP. I've already checked and see that Afrihost & Mweb ISP is allot more stable and my ping does not spike like with Telkom. (It isn't as good as before though) So I will go for a Uncapped Mweb Account and cancel my Telkom ISP. Or perhaps an upgrade to 10mbps.. Just don't know I'm too annoyed to think right now.

The last few weeks has been horrible to say the least.

I just thought I could give some insight to this pressing matter.

All I can say is OMFG guys. Telkom is jaaging SO much kak aan. What a bunch of blerrie circus clowns. Since the beginning of this year, they retrenched a shitload of employees, their network is an unmaintained mess and noones there to fix it. Don't even be surprised if everyones lines kaks on day and doesn't get resolved.

WEll i dotn know about last night but the night before me and dee (both on telkom ) were lagging to death
 
I just signed up for an Afrihost account to test my ping out with them, just waiting for them to activate my account now...

My ping to London. It's on the lower end of average but it's a HUGE improvement over the 800-1sec I was getting with Telkom...

My ping's normal again and gaming today has been fine on telkom, but streaming is still dead.
