So i Just had a telkom technician on the phone replacing a router at a client, who was not sure how to change the routers IP to the clients gateway IP. I had to talk him through it...

Thought i would just share my pain with all of you.

I feel your pain. The bastards have a tendency of factory resetting our routers, which in turn means I have to send one of my technicians to put the router into bridge mode, sometimes in far-off places like Upington or Thohoyandou... :/
 
That's cool I had to tell someone what the address bar is.

Also had to teach a tech you can swap 2 display's.

Been there done that when I was 15 :p. And yet people with the knowledge don't get jobs easily. This year I had to help a pc techniction At a engineering company how to set up a lan lol. And I was the bloody airon techniction.
