Telkom Uncapped

Has anyone used Telkom Uncapped for gaming would love to know how it works with latency and jitter compared to their capped accounts since I have always had sub 250 pings with their capped services with no lag.

Would be nice to not worry about how big patches and games are with the 4 meg uncapped for R100 more than I currently pay for 20 gb and not to mention download lots and lots of movies and series.
 
I am using 2mb Telkom Uncapped.

I get a ping of around 215-220 to Europe when playing league of legends. Hope that helps.

Great thanks Pooky do you get fast download speed day and night or does it slow down certain times?

Fast all the time for me.
Torrents I sometimes have an issue with but they are dead for a bit and then pick up, not too bothersome and it could be just the torrent.

Cool will probably change to uncapped next month then, my torrents also start off slow then pick up on my capped account so I think its just a normal thing as long as it downloads eventually :D.
 
Im on the 4 uncapped get 215 to 235 also which works but is not ideal for fps games .
downloading is fine no issues at all .

Great thanks also Venom not into FPS games usually play MMO so should be alright for me.

downloading and Telkom uncapped does not go together, i download alot of series and old cartoons and anime etc and if you youtube alot and steam updates etc, and your account reaches 90gigs they start to throttle the schitte out of it as in sub 384k speeds.

which account you using cause I dont think I will make 90 gigs. Tested the Mweb uncapped account for 2 months and all I could manage was 70gb just with downloading what I needed at the time and R100 for extra 70 gb doesnt sound too bad compared to what I would pay to Mweb for the same thing.

On mybb they go to like 200gig no problem.

Great not like I will reach that ever but thats better than the 90 gb limit just tired of having to put off downloads cause of the cap so many great games I would love to try yet they big :p

up until 2 months ago, I used that line, I had to stop playing bf3 as the latency was just too high and unplayable, on Mweb now and much better

Sadly when I tried Mweb before my latency was way higher than Telkoms about 100-200 ms more and my downloads were quite slow so went back to using my Telkom account.
